Where to Listen to Rock Digi Music
Rock In Prevention has hundreds of songs with great positive messages, which includes songs of different genres and targeted at different age groups.
Because of the power that music holds on how we are feeling, this makes it a great tool to use in the classroom as it sparks deeper discussion and understanding. Music can even help students to make an emotional connection to topics – driving their understanding and retention of a topic even more.
Since Rock In Prevention started in 1990, Pat McManus has been writing music to help teach kids life skills. Because of this, there are over 200 songs that have been written and recorded.
This gives us a wide variety of songs to choose from while creating the Rock Digi curriculum, but there are still a lot of great songs with positive messages that we didn’t have room for in the Rock Digi curriculum. However, educators can still access the hundreds of quality songs that are appropriate for school and contain positive messaging anywhere you listen to music.
